1 TBL Olio Cava Vinegar
1 tsp Herbes de Provence
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Olio Himalayan Pink Sea Salt & pepper to taste
In a bowl, whisk Olio Cava Vinegar, mustard, Olio Himalayan Pink Sea Salt & pepper. Slowly add the Laconiko Greek Olive Oil and whisk until emulsified.
