Chocolate Balsamic Whipped Cream
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 ½ Tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Olio Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar (can add more to taste)
- Using an electric mixer, chill the bowl and whisk for 15 minutes. (If using a hand mixer, chill the bowl and beaters on the mixer prior to using).
- Add heavy whipping cream to bowl. Start on medium and gradually increase speed to high. Allow the cream to mix on high until it thickens and forms soft peaks. Do not over beat.
- As cream is thickening, add sugar and Olio Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Place a dollop on each brownie.
