Olio Holiday Vinaigrette


1 cup Olio Blood Orange Olive Oil

1/3 cup Olio Cranberry Balsamic

2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Black Pepper, freshly ground & Olio Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to taste


In a bowl, whisk Olio Cranberry Balsamic, mustard, Olio Himalayan Pink Sea Salt & pepper. Slowly add the Olio Blood Orange Olive Oil and whisk until emulsified. 

Excellent served on baby spinach with sliced strawberries, walnuts and feta cheese.
